The small Tabs that Mark speaks about, can also be sorted out by running a pen or edge of a ruler across them once the box is sealed - it also takes off any sharp edges and stops paper cuts.

Thank you folks, these boxes have saved us a fortune in postal costs over the years. We used to post out our A4 sized manuals at Small Packet rate until we found these boxes. The large letter postal rate allows size up to Length:353mm max with Width:250mm max and thickness:25mm max which allows us to post out manuals up to the maximum Large Letter weight limit of 750g which suits us great. These boxes are very quick and easy to fold up with no problems whatsoever, then a quick sellotape on the closing edges and they're good to go. However, the small tabs that stick through the box base after folding can often foul the letter sizing guage at the local post office counter, this causes the counter assistant to demand item go at small packet rate for over 25mm thick items, the solution is to use pre-paid printed mailing labels via PayPal or Royal Mail and simply post the postal boxes into a main post office post box, this is what we do and we have posted many thousands of these boxes and never had one problem.....job done....!
