Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs are calculated by our system, offering you even greater value for money especially on smaller orders. We ship orders using FedEx Next Business Day Courier. If you require urgent special delivery for weekend, before 9am or before Midday delivery please contact us to arrange this there will be additional charges for faster services.

Next Business Day shipping has a cut off point of midday. Orders placed before this time will arrive the next day if items are in stock. We try to get other orders out the same day after this time, these will be undertaken in the order they arrive.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you to inform you of the options and delivery date.


Please check your order when you receive it and inform us of any packing errors or short items within 24 hours of delivery. In the unlikely event the courier partially delivers your order (for example only 3 out of 4 items), please only sign for the items you have received and call us as soon as possible, to let us know about the issue. We will then take the matter up immediately with the courier and advise you when your order will be completed.

Shipping to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles.

We are happy to ship to anywhere in the UK but our Couriers do charge us more to cross water, again we will be happy to quote you the lowest price we can using one or other of our couriers depending on the quantity of packaging you require. It may even work out less than our standard charge on smaller items!

Certain bulk items may well be un-economical to ship to these locations so if your order contains any of the above items we would suggest calling us before you place your order.

Please email us with your postcode or location and the items you require and we will be happy to quote you, or order the items on the site and we will contact you with an overall shipping cost before we charge your credit card.

We can no longer ship items to any European addresses including Southern Ireland.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
